Credit Cards: Eagle Tree Systems accepts
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. To aid in credit
card authorization, please provide your billing address
if it is different from your shipping address. NOTE: Online orders are automatically charged to your card at the time of order placement. This is true with BACKORDERED and PREORDERED items, as well as in-stock items. Note: Please email us for American Express orders.
PayPal: We accept payment via PayPal.
Check and Money Orders: We will accept money orders,
certified checks and personal checks. However, be aware
that with personal checks, we will hold the order until
the check has cleared. To ensure that your order is shipped
as quickly as possible, please send a money order, certified
check, or use your credit card.
T/T or Wire Transfer: We accept wire or T/T payments. NOTE: please make sure your bank does not deduct any fees from the amount transferred to us! Email us for our Bank Details.
Sales Tax
Washington State, USA residents will be charged 8.3% sales tax.
BackordersandPreorders
We provide backorder and preorder capability on our website for your convenience.
Items that are preorders or backorders will be indicated as such in the information displayed when you add the item to your shopping cart.
Preorders and backorders are charged immediately to your credit card or PayPal account, via our automated shopping cart payment processor.
NO in-stock items ordered with Preorder or Backorder item(s) will ship until the Preordered/Backordered item(s) on your order are ALL available, unless you select the "ship items separately" option in the shopping cart. Choosing this option will result in higher shipping fees (generally double the shipping fee), since we have to do two shipments.
The approximate date that preorders or backorders will ship is shown when you add the items to your cart. But, this date is subject to change. If the ship date changes significantly, you will be notified via email.
Preorder item photos, descriptions, etc. are subject to change without notice.
Repair/Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you need to return your product for repair, please email us for a
return authorization. No returns will be accepted without
previous authorization.
There is no charge for repair and airmail return shipping for repairs covered under the warranty. Let us know if you want a repair shipping method other than airmail. We will contact you with the cost of repairs not covered under warranty, before the repair is done.
We will accept NON-CUSTOM returns for refund (for items purchased direct from us) within 30 days of receipt,
as long as the merchandise is in new/re-sellable condition. See your dealer for return policies for items not purchased directly from us.
We do not refund shipping/handling charges.
Custom Orders
We strive to keep customization costs as low as possible.
All customizations are the property of Eagle Tree, and are NOT exclusively licensed to the purchaser, unless prior written agreement with Eagle Tree is obtained. Eagle Tree may add and advertise custom features as part of our standard products.
No refunds or credits are offered for custom items.
